1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a transfer with Private Transfer Zagreb, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT
Prices are fixed and include all tolls, fuel, and parking fees
Payment can be made in cash (EUR or HRK) or by card
Full payment is required upon completion of the transfer
4. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
No-shows will be charged the full transfer amount
5. Changes to Bookings
Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes to your booking (time, location, number of passengers). Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time
Provide accurate flight information for airport pickups
Inform us of any special requirements in advance
Treat our vehicles and drivers with respect
7. Luggage
Standard transfers include reasonable luggage. Please inform us of excess or oversized luggage when booking to ensure appropriate vehicle selection.
8. Child Seats
Child seats are available upon request at no additional charge. Please specify your requirements when booking.
9. Waiting Time
Airport pickups: 60 minutes free waiting time after flight landing
Other pickups: 15 minutes free waiting time
Additional waiting time may be charged
10. Liability
We are fully insured and licensed. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
